The garage door opener is compatible with HomeLink, and to connect to the MyQ smartphone app, the 828LM MyQ internet gateway is necessary. The Performance P3 motors from LiftMaster are reliable, durable, and powerful, designed specifically to meet your customers' needs. The ultra-quiet feature eliminates sound and vibration through the ceiling, making it perfect for homes with a room above or next to the garage.

In the event of a power outage, the battery backup feature (optional 475LM battery required) ensures that your customers can still access their garage. The wall-mount design frees up the garage ceiling, providing additional storage space, making it an ideal solution for cathedral or obstructed ceilings.
